Well it has been quite an emotional day for me, as today was meant to be the day I got my new beginning. Unfortunately due to circumstances it has been postponed until next year. It feels like it is so far away that it is unreachable. I can't help but look and then think by the time I do get this done that I could have already lost how much weight. Of course the more depressed I become about it the more I eat and so now I am starting to put back on the weight I lost being on the optifast in preparation for the surgery. Soooo hard right now!

Oh gosh darl, I am sorry to hear it.
Keep you chin up darl and stay strong. Before you know it
you will be on your way home from hospital ready to begin your
new life. I know that sounds lame, but that was how it was for me.. and
I am a fairly impatient person sometimes....
That's me when I don't get my way!
Hugs to you doll, I am thinking of you.
Hayley

i am 13 days away from "d day".
I don't have to go on the optifast diet but have started the vitamin and mineral regimen.
I have bought my vitamins from the USA as I have had trouble finding a complete liquid multi vitamin and an iron liquid with b12. I do use calcium and vitamin 12 chew though.
